Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must as this role will be working directly with customers and represents an elite team of process oriented and project management professionals. Our Implementation team conducts their project outline, follows timelines, guides the customer in new and efficient ways; creative thinking and decision making abilities are imperative.
The Development team is always looking for experienced candidates as all of our development is done 100% in-house for the Compass suite of products. Our developers require strong business, communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing and modifying systems including coding, testing, debugging and supporting application systems.
We are always looking to grow our Professional Services team with data and customer service experts. This department of data analyst assist Compass customers with data manipulation and administrative duties on their compass database. This position includes responsibilities such as consulting and presenting findings to customers, automating documents, and processing large amounts of data efficiently. Skill set includes strong written and verbal communication, expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, and knowledge of T-SQL.
Our Support team provides technical assistance and break-fix support for our customers. Duties include software troubleshooting, set up of databases and integrated program connections, data imports, and clean-up services. We welcome customer service-oriented candidates with Microsoft Access and SQL server experience, software troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of database structures.
